Kercia R. has extensive experience in sport promotion and development, currently serving at the KZN Department of Sport and Recreation since 2008, where Kercia has held roles such as Assistant Director for the Uthukela District and Sport Officer. Kercia's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Administration from the University of South Africa, completed in 2023, as well as programs in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Project Management from the same institution. Kercia also holds a National Diploma in Sport Management from Durban University of Technology, earned between 2005 and 2007.
