Chongxian Tian is a seasoned professional in business development and real estate, currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Kyushu Railway Company since April 2010. In this role, responsibilities include leading new business initiatives within the real estate department and proposing strategic plans to company leadership. Earlier experience includes the position of Project & Operation Assistant Manager within the commercial real estate development sector, focusing on development planning, leasing, contract management, and operational oversight. Since April 2020, Chongxian Tian has also managed Co-working & Co-learning Space Q. Educational qualifications include an MBA from UC Irvine, an MBA from China Europe International Business School, a Master's degree in Development Economics from Kyushu University, and a Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language and Literature from Nanjing Agricultural University, along with a summer exchange program at Mahidol University.
