Tomasz Nowicki has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tomasz started their career as an intern at Omnia Xenion s.r.l in 2010 and later interned at Interactive Wear AG. In 2007 and 2008, they worked as a food runner and shop assistant at Johnny Rockets and SeaWorld Orlando, respectively.

In 2011, Tomasz joined Novum Technology as a Developer, where they worked on firmware and electronics development for a deposit banking system. Tomasz also represented the company at various fairs.

From 2015 to 2018, they worked at TKH Group N.V. as a Developer and Scrum Master, involved in projects related to access control devices and ground lighting/asset management systems. Tomasz worked with a team of 8 members.

In 2018, they joined Sii Poland as a Developer/Scrum Master, and later became the Development Team Leader, overseeing the development of Positive Train Control for Long Island Rail Road and Metro-North.

Currently, Tomasz is working as a Software Developer at kyp.ai. Tomasz is responsible for implementing solutions for their projects ecosystem and works with both .NET and Java technologies.
