Marek Szyda is a Senior Software Engineer at kyp.ai since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked at FizzyComp from July 2017 to December 2020, also as a Senior Software Engineer. Before FizzyComp, they were a Senior Software Engineer at EPAM Systems from July 2016 to June 2017. Marek also has experience as a Java/J2EE Developer at Asseco Poland from February 2012 to June 2016, and at LGBS Software from May 2011 to June 2016. Marek started their career as a Software Developer at Fizzycomp from August 2008 to May 2011, and prior to that, they worked as a Software Developer (Java/J2EE) at GoMobile Sp. z o.o. from July 2007 to July 2008. Marek's first professional role was as a Software Developer (Java) at Siemens Sp. z o.o. from July 2006 to June 2007.

Marek Szyda completed their education at The Silesian University of Technology from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Master's degree in IT science. In December 2016, they also obtained a certification in M101J: MongoDB for Java Developers from MongoDB.
