Lucy Mwaura has extensive experience in operations and procurement across various companies. Currently serving as the Operations and Fulfillment lead at Kyosk.app since August 2020, Lucy Mwaura oversees inbound and outbound operations, ensuring timely order fulfillment and managing customer returns. Previously, Lucy Mwaura held roles as Warehouse Supervisor and Warehouse Associate, focusing on productivity and accuracy in inventory management. Prior roles include Procurement and Stores Manager at The Collective, where Lucy Mwaura managed supplier relationships, and Assistant Purchasing and Stores Manager at brewBistro, assisting in cost-effective purchasing. Earlier experience includes a role as Business Development Executive at Afrique Alliance Technologies. Academically, Lucy Mwaura holds a Diploma in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management from the University of Nairobi, along with certificates in Beauty Therapy and Information and Communications Technology from St Clare Polytechnic.
