Glenn Pinckney has extensive work experience in sales and leadership roles. Glenn started their career as an Account Executive at Abacus Business Products in 1994. Glenn then worked as a Team Sales Leader at Danka in 1995 and later became a District Sales Manager at Danka Office Imaging from 1996 to 1998.
In 1999, Glenn joined DocuSource, LLC as a Sales Director/Partner and eventually became the Vice President of Sales/Partner. During their time at DocuSource, they played a key role in scaling the business to $7.5M with over 40 employees. The company was later acquired by Kyocera Mita Americas.
Glenn continued their career with DocuSource Business Solution, a subsidiary of Kyocera, where they served as the Vice President of Sales from 2007 to 2011. Glenn successfully surpassed overall goals, implemented comprehensive sales strategies, and negotiated sales agreements.
From 2009 to 2011, Glenn worked as the General Manager at DocuSource Business Solutions, another subsidiary of Kyocera. Glenn mapped out the P&L for various departments and established strategic alliances with customers.
Since 2011, Glenn has been working at KYOCERA Document Solutions America, Inc. as the Vice President of Sales. Glenn has demonstrated strong leadership skills and sales expertise, driving double and triple-digit growth in sales and market share. Glenn is experienced in new product planning, pricing, market trends, and forecasting.
From 1989 to 1993, Glenn Pinckney attended Springfield College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
