Helena (Lena) Pekar is an experienced professional in human resources and health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) management, currently serving as the Global HR and QHSET Manager and ISO Subject Matter Expert at Kynection since February 2019, with a focus on India, Australia, and the Philippines. Previously, Lena worked as a Freelance HSEQ Consultant at Yellow Vests Safety, an OH&S Officer and RTW Coordinator at Rheem Australia, and held various roles at Electrolux, SK Air Pty Ltd, and a specialized factory and residential complex for individuals with special needs. Educational qualifications include a Diploma of WHS from Swinburne University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Griffith University, along with additional training in Mental Health Rehabilitation.
