Seán Dunphy has an extensive education history in the field of biology. In 2013, they enrolled at the University of Galway and pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science. During this undergraduate program, their primary focus was on Biochemistry. After completing their Bachelor's degree in 2017, Seán continued their education at the same university. Seán pursued a Master of Science degree in Biochemistry (Research), with a particular interest in Epigenetics and Nucleosome Biology. This program lasted for one year, ending in 2018. Following their Master's degree, Seán Dunphy joined the University of Edinburgh in 2018 to pursue a Ph.D. in Cell and Molecular Biology. Their research in this program was focused on Epigenetics and DNA Replication. Seán is expected to complete their Ph.D. program in 2022.
