Petra Kubernátová began their work experience in 2014 as a Webmaster and IT Support for Czech & Slovak Leaders Magazine. In 2017, they worked as a Student Assistant for the Research Seminar Artificial Intelligence at Leiden University Media Technology MSc program. In 2018, Petra joined KYC3, where they held multiple roles, including Chief Executive Officer and Frontend Developer. Their responsibilities at KYC3 included developing web applications in the Fintech and KYC area, working on all layers of the application, and managing the data pipeline. Petra's most recent position is as a Product Manager at Seznam.cz, starting in 2020.

Petra Kubernátová received a Bachelor's degree in Web and Multimedia from Czech Technical University in Prague in 2014. Petra then pursued a Master of Science in Media Technology at Leiden University from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they were a guest student at Delft University of Technology, specializing in Data Visualization. Prior to their university education, Petra attended Gymnázium Nad Štolou, a Grammar School, from 2003 to 2011. Petra has also obtained additional certifications including DS102X: Machine Learning for Data Science and Analytics from Data Science Institute, Columbia University, Diplôme d'études en langue française (DELF) - B1 from Ministère de l'éducation nationale, de la jeunesse et de la vie associative, and Database Design & Programming with SQL from Oracle. Petra is also certified in Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) from Cambridge Assessment.
