Paul Hollway is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in corporate finance, investments, and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as the Head of Partnerships and Strategic Alliances and Managing Partner at Kx Technology Fund since April 2017, Paul manages investment evaluations and negotiations, emphasizing resource allocation and licensing. Previously, Paul was the SVP and Head of Corporate Finance at First Derivatives, overseeing mergers and acquisitions and investment opportunities in Kx Technology. As Managing Director at SESTINA CORPORATE FINANCE LIMITED, Paul specialized in fundraising and M&A for diverse clients and spent over two decades at KPMG Ireland, culminating in the role of Partner and Head of Corporate Finance, where Paul directed a large team and managed significant transactions in various sectors. Paul holds a BSc in Accounting from Queen's University Belfast and an MBA from the University of Ulster Jordanstown.
