Matthew Taylor has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Senior Business Development Manager at KX, which they began in December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at SysAid Technologies Ltd. for a significant period, starting as an SDR in September 2016 and progressing to become a Senior SDR. Matthew then took on the role of Sales Development Team Lead, where they demonstrated their ability to develop and deliver training, as well as their knowledge of different sales methodologies. Matthew also served as a Strategic, Sales Development Team Lead, responsible for qualifying inbound demo requests and identifying strategic opportunities for the organization's Strategic Account Executives. Before SysAid, they worked at Pink Elephant as an Account Manager from May 2014 to May 2016.
Matthew Taylor attended Sheridan College from 2003 to 2006, where they studied Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Matthew did not obtain a degree during this time. Additionally, Matthew Taylor obtained several certifications from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In 2014, they achieved the Lean IT Foundation and COBIT Foundation certifications. In 2015, they went on to obtain the Business Relationship Management Professional and Organizational Change Management certifications. In the same year, Matthew Taylor also obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification.
