Hannes Kunstmann has a diverse work experience in the field of procurement. Hannes started their career as an intern at Hilti Group in 2006 and then went on to work as a graduate student at Elster, where they completed their Bachelor's thesis. In 2013, Hannes joined Delivery Hero SE, initially working as a working student and later taking on roles as a Procurement Analyst & Buyer and Head of Procurement. Their tenure at Delivery Hero lasted until 2018. In the same year, Hannes joined the KWS Group as the Lead of the Global Transaction Center Procurement Team 1, where they are currently employed.

Hannes Kunstmann completed a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin in 2011. Hannes then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the same institution, graduating in 2014.
