Elyse H. is a Senior Research Associate at KWS Group since September 2023, bringing extensive experience in research and development operations. Prior to this role, Elyse served as Manager of R&D Operations at Benson Hill from February 2019 to August 2023, where responsibilities included managing plant transformation production pipelines and overseeing the media prep function and LIMS system. Elyse began at Benson Hill as Associate Manager, also performing optimization and validation experiments for various crop pipelines, and worked as a Biologist at Bayer Crop Science focused on tissue culture process optimization from March 2018 to February 2019. Previous roles included Lab Technician at Evogene and a Laboratory Intern at Saint Louis Community College. Elyse holds an Associate in Applied Sciences (AAS) degree in Biotechnology from St. Louis Community College, completed in 2015.
