Maria Dunn is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people operations and organizational development. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at KWI since June 2023, Maria previously held the role of VP of People at obé Fitness, where significant achievements included overseeing talent acquisition and developing a compensation strategy that enhanced pay equity. Maria has also served in key leadership positions at Managed by Q, Baked by Melissa, Quirky Inc., and Environment One Corporation, demonstrating expertise in employee engagement, performance management, and organizational change. Maria holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management from Johnson and Wales University.
