Yahya Adel has diverse work experience in the technology industry. Yahya worked as an Engineering Manager at Kwentra from December 2020 to the present. Prior to that, they served as an Authorized Trainer & Coach at VIDSCOLA DWC starting in February 2019.

From February 2018 to December 2020, Yahya held the position of Senior Software Engineer/Agile Coach at Devsquads. In this role, they helped the company adopt agile practices and observed and mentored developers in pair programming.

Before joining Devsquads, Yahya worked at Bee Media Group from August 2016 to February 2018. Yahya held the roles of Technical Lead and Senior Web Developer during their tenure. As Technical Lead, they led the technical team, represented the technology perspective at a management level, and collaborated with external stakeholders to define technical solutions. As a Senior Web Developer, they developed social media tracking tools and maintained the platform for tracking leads of clients' campaigns.

Yahya also worked briefly as a Web Developer at S.C. Aim 4 Solutions S.R.L. in 2015 and as a Software Developer at International Turnkey Systems - ITS from November 2012 to January 2013.

Yahya Adel earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Ain Shams University, completing their studies from 2008 to 2012. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the "ITS Internship Training Certificate" from International Turnkey Systems - ITS in August 2011. Yahya also holds various certifications from ICAgile, including "ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation" in April 2019, "ICAgile Certified Professional" in June 2019, "Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)" from Scrum Alliance in December 2019, "ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Programming / Authorized Instructor" in March 2019, "ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Test Automation / Authorized Instructor" in November 2020, "Certificate of Completion" from Imagine Foundation e.V. in November 2020, "ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Testing / Authorized Instructor" in November 2021, "Certificate of Language Ability" from Emmersion in April 2022, and "ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Product Ownership" in June 2023. Additionally, they hold a "Udacity & Google Andriod certificate" earned from Udacity in October 2016 and a "PHP" certification from TestDome in February 2020.
