Tracie Minneh has worked in customer success and credit administration for over three years. Tracie started their career at Izwe Loans in December 2017 as an assistant credit administrator. In this role, they were responsible for risk management, credit proposals, and compliance with the institution's credit policy. Tracie also authenticated documentation and ensured that it met KYC requirements. In May 2019, they left Izwe Loans to join awamo GmbH as a customer success officer. In this role, they were responsible for on-boarding new accounts, ensuring good user experience, and preparing sales reports. Tracie also trained customers on how to use the system and assisted with data migration. In January 2021, they left awamo GmbH to join Kwara as a CSM.
Tracie Minneh has a Certified investment and financial analyst from ACCA and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Acturial science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
