Rasana Tamrakar has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. In 2023, they worked as a Software QA at Pagoda Labs and Kwant. Prior to that, from 2022 to 2023, they served as a Senior QA and LD Associate at Daraz, where they played a key role in identifying training needs and delivering sessions to enhance the skills of the operations team. In 2021, Rasana worked as a Strategy Trainee at Ncell, where they studied telco-related developments and prepared reports for top management. Rasana also worked as a Flutter Developer at Urban Girl and Localhost Pvt. Ltd, and as a PHP Developer at IET Technology in the same year. Before that, from 2019 to 2021, they held the positions of Student Academic Representative and Teaching Assistant at Islington College Kathmandu, where they developed a student profiling system and supported the college with academic events. Overall, Rasana Tamrakar demonstrates a strong background in software QA, development, and training coordination.

Rasana Tamrakar started their education journey by completing high school at Trinity International Secondary School, Dillibazar Kathmandu from 2016 to 2018, where they studied Physics. Rasana then continued their studies and pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing at both Islington College Kathmandu and London Metropolitan University from 2019 to 2021. Their focus was on Information Technology during their undergraduate studies.

In addition to their formal education, Rasana Tamrakar has also obtained various certifications. Rasana received a certification in Software QA from Deerwalk Training Center in February 2023. In January 2022, they obtained a certification in Managing Project Stakeholders from the Project Management Institute. Prior to that, in January 2021, they became a Certified Trainee under the Ncell Youth Development Programme offered by Ncell. Additionally, they have obtained several course certificates, including "Flutter: Part 09 Dart, Cupertino, and Widgets" and "Flutter: Part 10 Firebase Cloud Firestore" from LinkedIn Learning in August 2020. Rasana also completed a course on "Learning Cloud Computing: Core Concepts" offered by CompTIA in the same month. Finally, in August 2016, they obtained a certification in Graphic Design from Phoenix Bajra Multimedia and IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
