Melissa Ferdock is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of real estate and senior life enrichment. Currently serving as the Assistant Team Leader at KW Metro Center since June 2022, Melissa is responsible for recruiting agents, maintaining relationships, and guiding students in real estate licensing. Previously, Melissa worked at F45 Training Arlington as an Assistant Trainer/Sales, where responsibilities included front desk management and member support. Melissa’s background in senior care includes roles as Corporate Director of Life Enrichment and Activities Director, where skills in planning engaging activities for residents were honed. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Management from Penn State University, Melissa combines a passion for community engagement with a strong foundation in customer service and team leadership.
