Nick Steinkamp worked at K&W Electric, Inc. as the CEO from February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at KW Electric as the Vice President from May 1993 to February 2022.

Nick Steinkamp attended Iowa Lakes Community College from 1989 to 1992 where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree. Nick then pursued their higher education at the University of Northern Iowa from 1993 to 1995, earning a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Construction Management.
