Rikki Woodall has extensive experience in the title and settlement industry, currently serving as a Settlement Coordinator at KVS TITLE since April 2018. Previously, Rikki held the position of Office Manager at Stewart Title from October 2014 to April 2018, managing all aspects of settlement preparation and closings in DC, MD, and VA. Rikki's career began at Federal Title and Escrow Company, where from November 1998 to September 2014, responsibilities included comprehensive settlement preparation, title review, and document processing. Earlier experience includes a role as a Customer Service Representative at LaserShip from 1997 to 1998. Rikki's educational background includes studies at Frostburg State University and a high school diploma from Duval High School, where AP classes were completed.
