Holly Ritchotte has a strong background in tax and finance. Holly has worked as a Director - Tax & Finance and Senior Manager - Tax Reporting & Compliance at KVH Industries, Inc. since 2018. In this role, they have successfully brought tax functions in-house and improved tax reporting, compliance, and corporate gains.

Before that, Holly worked as an Independent Consultant at Rogers Corporation from 2018 to 2019. During this time, they increased the accuracy and completeness of tax returns and acted as a liaison between management and external auditors.

Prior to that, Holly served as a Corporate Tax Manager at Taco Comfort Solutions from 2017 to 2018, where they established guidelines and procedures for tax compliance and improved the corporation's net by identifying overlooked opportunities and streamlining operations.

From 2009 to 2017, Holly worked as a Corporate Tax Manager at Rogers Corporation, overseeing all aspects of domestic and foreign tax compliance and supporting the organization through collaborations with teams and development of staff accountants.

Holly began their career in tax and finance as a Sales & Use Tax Supervisor and Corporate Tax Accountant at The TJX Companies, Inc. from 2004 to 2009.

Holly also held various roles at Crabtree & Evelyn from 1997 to 2003, including Sales Executive, Senior Treasury Analyst, and Staff Accountant.

Holly Ritchotte holds a Master of Science in Taxation (MST) from Golden Gate University, which they completed from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Phoenix from 2009 to 2011. Holly also has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, obtained from 2006 to 2009. Before completing their bachelor's degree, Holly obtained an Associate of Arts in Business from Western International University from 2005 to 2006.
