Mikaela Hegg is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member and Chairwoman of the Board at Ownershift, Mikaela contributes to the organization's mission of transforming societal power structures through ownership. Since June 2023, Mikaela has also been a Board Member at Kvanta, and since May 2022, Group CFO at LegalWorks Nordic. Previously, Mikaela held the position of CFO at Mediafy AB for over a decade, where involvement in strategic initiatives was pivotal. Early career roles include Financial Controller and Accounting Manager, with foundational experiences as an instructor and rider in equestrian settings.
