Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. Currently serving as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store that offers organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has worked as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously operated Barbería El Galgo Negro as the Owner/Manager from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana's expertise in nutrition is demonstrated through work as a Nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019 and as a University Instructor at a vocational training school, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
