Charlotte Napper has a diverse background in the textile and furniture industries, currently serving in a corporate role at Kvadrat since June 2019. Prior to this position, Charlotte was with Orangebox from August 2014 to May 2019, where responsibilities included roles as Strategic Accounts Manager (A&D) and Key Accounts Manager. Charlotte began a career at Kusch + Co UK in August 2010 as a Sales Consultant, having initially joined the Sales Support team before transitioning to Sales in January 2012. Previous experience also includes working as a Showroom Manager at Haworth from May 2008 to July 2010. Charlotte is an alumna of The BRIT School of Performing Arts.
