Eduardo Romero Velasquez is a seasoned Senior Drilling Engineer with extensive experience in drilling, completion, and work operations, currently employed at IPD since October 2015. Prior to this role, Eduardo served as Drilling and Completion Superintendent at Petrosucre Empresa Mixta from September 2010 to September 2015, where responsibilities included planning and overseeing drilling and completion programs for projects. Eduardo also gained significant experience at PDVSA Offshore as an Engineer and Platform Supervisor, and held various engineering positions at PDVSA and Petrosucre, focusing on drilling program planning, cost estimation, and completion designs. Eduardo holds a Master's degree in Engineering from Universidad Nororiental Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho and an Ingeniero de Petroleo degree from Universidad de Oriente.
