Imthiyas Manarikkal, Ph.D, currently serves as a Condition Monitoring Systems Engineer at RES since March 2022, following a role as a Consultant Condition Monitoring Engineer at NDT Consultants Ltd from September 2018 to March 2022. Previously, Imthiyas was an Assistant Lecturer at Coventry University from September 2017 to June 2021 and a Lecturer in Aeronautical Engineering at Solihull College & University Centre from September 2018 to July 2019. Early career experience includes a position as a Project Engineer at ZF Group from 2015 to 2017 and a Mechanical Design Engineer role at Mingyang Charcoal Machinery Co., LTD from June 2013 to September 2014. Imthiyas holds a Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering from Coventry University (2017-2020), a Fellowship of Higher Education (2018-2019), and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng Hons) in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Coventry University (2011-2015), along with a Higher Secondary degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Fathima Matha School (2007-2009).
