Richard Berberian is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at KUFPEC since July 2013, where Richard has also held roles as Acting Manager of Legal Affairs and Senior Legal Counsel. Prior to this role, Richard Berberian was an Associate at Vinson & Elkins LLP from September 2005 to June 2013, and Richard started their legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Barbara J. Houser at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas from August 2004 to August 2005. Richard Berberian holds a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Texas School of Law, a Master of Music in Choral Conducting from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, and a Bachelor of Music in Composition/Music Theory from the University of Michigan.
