Mohamed Raouf possesses extensive experience in technical support and network management, currently serving as Supervisor of Technical Support & Operations at Kuwait Credit Information Network Company (Ci-Net) since May 2015. In this role, Mohamed oversees the network infrastructure and data center operations while organizing training and knowledge sharing for team members. Prior experience includes various positions at Tarasul Telecom from November 2008 to April 2015, where responsibilities encompassed managing network servers, configuring VSAT equipment, and providing remote support for satellite technologies. Mohamed holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems from the Faculty of Computer Science & Information Systems and a Public Secondary Certificate in Mathematics and Science from Alshaheen Private School in Kuwait.
