Marina Lopes began their work experience as a Psychologist starting in December 2021. Marina'smost recent role is as a Recruitment Analyst at NETZSCH Grinding & Dispersing Brasil, which they started in April 2023. In this position, they are responsible for end-to-end recruitment for a new technology front called Tech Co. Lab, coordinating with managers for profile alignment and validation, managing open opportunities, and maintaining communication with recruitment agencies.

Marina Lopes has a diverse education history. In 2014, they attended Wise Up and obtained a certification in English. From 2015 to 2020, Marina pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at FURB - Universidade de Blumenau. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Internal Communication from Fundação Fritz Müller. Marina furthered their education by completing a Postgraduate Degree in Neuroscience from Universidade do Extremo Sul Catarinense from 2023 to 2024.
