HR Director Org Performance And Ops Excellence at Kushki

Elizabeth Rosero has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Elizabeth is currently working as the HR Director Org Performance and Ops Excellence at Kushki since November 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Gerente Regional de Recursos Humanos at Kushki from February 2021 onwards. In this role, they were responsible for designing and implementing HR processes, generating HR strategies for organizational culture and climate, and managing performance and talent development for multicultural teams.

Before joining Kushki, Elizabeth worked at Xerox for a significant period. Their roles at Xerox included HR Manager from June 2018 to February 2021, HR Coordinator from January 2017 to May 2018, HR Analyst / H&S Responsible from August 2013 to April 2017, and Executive Assistant to the General Manager from March 2008 to August 2013. In their role as an Executive Assistant, they were responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating the national general manager's activities, managing sales control measurements, providing logistical support for corporate events and meetings, and supporting marketing communication campaigns. Elizabeth also provided support to the financial area and HR with recruitment, selection, and training processes.

Elizabeth's earlier work experience includes roles at Target as a Human Resource Benefits associate from July 2003 to August 2004, Ran Mart as a Payroll Analyst from January 2000 to December 2003, and Catholic Digest Magazine as an Editor and Translator from January 2000 to January 2002.

Elizabeth Rosero earned a Master's degree in HR Management from UTE from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus in Human Resources Management and Economics from the University of St. Thomas from 1999 to 2004. Elizabeth also holds additional certifications in areas such as Delivering Employee Feedback, Chief Happiness Officer, and Driver Diversity Equity and Inclusion.
