Shena Goorawa has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Shena started their career as a Customer Services Agent at Brightview in 2006, where they provided support to internet customers. Shena then moved on to bizworks in 2007, where they held various roles such as Quality Advisor, Customer Services Team Leader, and Training & Quality Manager. In 2011, they joined Expleo Group, where they worked as a Senior Consultant, Test Analyst, and ultimately became the Global Agile Program Lead. In 2020, they joined LexisNexis South Africa as a Senior Business Analyst, Scrum Master, and Project Manager. Currently, they are working at Kurtosys as a Senior Agile Delivery Manager and has recently been promoted to Agile Delivery Team Lead in 2023.
