James Shaw is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in the water treatment and chemical industries. Currently serving as VP of Sales for the West at Kurita America since July 2020, James previously held the position of Vice President of Sales at U.S. Water from July 2015 to February 2023 and served as Division President at Triton Chemical/U.S. Water from February 2004 to June 2015 following its acquisition by U.S. Water. Prior to these roles, James gained valuable experience at Nalco Chemical Company, where responsibilities included managing a subsidiary, training staff, and driving sales within Southern California. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University, earned between 1988 and 1994.
