Juan Ruiz has a diverse work experience in various marketing and analytics roles. Juan started their career at Zalvadora, where they worked as a CRM & Data Analyst, analyzing CRM data and executing business strategies. Juan also served as an Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Analyst, analyzing digital media behavior and suggesting opportunities for brand positioning.
Juan then joined Rappi as a BI professional, creating analytics panels, analyzing customer behavior, and defining KPIs for campaigns and app features.
After that, Juan worked at UBITS, where they held multiple roles. Juan started as a Trafficker Digital, managing and implementing tags for campaigns, optimizing media investments, and developing lead generation strategies. Later, they became a Marketing Leader, designing product positioning strategies, developing valuable content, and creating efficient business funnels. Finally, Juan served as a CRM Growth Lead, overseeing CRM growth and developing strategies for product positioning and lead generation in Mexico, Colombia, and Peru.
Juan's most recent role is as the Head of Growth Marketing B2B at KURIOS, where they are responsible for driving growth in B2B marketing.
Juan Ruiz completed their education at Universidad de Los Andes from 2018 to 2020, where they obtained a degree in MBIT with a field of study in IngenierÃa de sistemas. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2016, they attended Universidad Santo Tomás Colombia, where they earned a degree in Negociador Internacional with a field of study in Negocios internacionales. In addition to their formal education, Juan obtained various certifications in marketing and technology, such as Growth Marketing & Automation from Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración, Curso avanzado de Google Analytics from Google, CLIC from Congreso Latinoamericano de Innovación y Creatividad, Facebook Business from Facebook, Curso de marketing Digital from ActÃvate con Google, and Curso de E-Commerce from ActÃvate con Google.
