Frank Herb is an experienced design and project manager with a strong background in electrical and mechanical design for commercial and industrial applications. Currently serving as Design Manager at Kupper Engineering, LLC since April 2016, Frank oversees a team of project designers focused on solar, industrial facilities, data centers, and commercial fit outs. Previously, Frank held roles such as Senior Project Manager/Team Lead for Commercial & RNG Engineering, managing comprehensive projects involving Renewable Natural Gas. Earlier career experiences include Senior Construction Project Manager at QVC, where responsibilities encompassed project and capital planning for expansion and renovation across nine U.S. locations, and Senior Electrical Designer/Project Manager at Kupper Engineering, Inc. with a focus on data centers and green energy. Frank began the career as Facilities Project Manager at QVC, handling facilities capital projects. Frank holds an Associate's degree in Computer Aided Design from Harcum College.
