Zarine has extensive experience in formulating annual L&D, Orgnl Effectiveness and Talent Mgmt Strategy and collaborating with management on staff development. Additionally, Zarine has a background in training and development, with a focus on creating and implementing various training programs for corporate level. Zarine holds a Certified Professional Coach degree and has a Diploma in Human Resource Management.
