Elisa Lopez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Elisa started their career as a Human Resources intern at Sieena, where they handled recruitment and selection processes, document management, and event organization.

Elisa then joined EonDive Group as an HR Analyst, responsible for recruitment and selection of internal personnel and clients, as well as delivering job offers and conducting new employee inductions.

Next, Elisa worked at SEFIPLAN as an Administrative Analyst in the Human Resources Department, where they evaluated personnel and prospective candidates, facilitated administrative processes, and conducted employee inductions.

Elisa then joined IDEAR M茅xico as a Program Coordinator, overseeing the activities of innovation programs and contributing to the establishment of the INDEGO Cluster.

Following that, Elisa was a Coordinator at Cl煤ster INDEGO, contributing to the establishment and management of projects in the Gulf of Mexico Research and Development Cluster.

Elisa then worked at Definity First as a Culture and Employee Services Coordinator, managing HR administrative processes, collaborating with personnel administration providers, and assisting with the implementation of programs such as the Home Office and Improvement Actions.

At Soluciones Creativas Capital Humano, Elisa held various positions, including Project Coordinator, Innovation and Continuous Improvement Manager, and Culture and Innovation Manager. In these roles, they managed projects, strategic planning, organizational development, and process improvement. Elisa also led coordination efforts across different departments and outsourced vendors for system implementation and development requests.

Most recently, Elisa joined Kuona as a Talent and Process Manager, where they are responsible for managing talent and organizational processes.

Elisa Lopez's education history begins in 2005, when they enrolled at the Instituto Tecnol贸gico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. Elisa completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources in the year 2010.

Afterwards, in 2012, Elisa pursued further specialization by attending the Universidad Veracruzana, where they obtained an Especializaci贸n en Administraci贸n Fiscal (Specialization in Fiscal Administration) in 2013, specializing in accounting.

To continue their educational journey, Elisa joined the Tecnol贸gico de Monterrey in 2015 and completed their Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Human Resources in 2018.
