Raphael Pleschounig's work experience began in 2012 as an F&B and Marketing Manager at Stieglbrauerei zu Salzburg GmbH. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Brand & Research Specialist and later as a Senior Researcher & Brand Consultant at KISKA. In 2016, they became the Team Lead for Research & Brand Consulting at KISKA, where they led a team and worked on global brands. In May 2021, they joined kununu as a Senior Brand Manager, and later became the Head of Brand, responsible for leading a team and driving brand development efforts across various touchpoints.
Raphael Pleschounig completed their education in a chronological order. Raphael first attended IMC Krems from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Tourism Management and Leisure Industry. Following this, they pursued further education at Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck from 2009 to 2011. During this time, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Strategic Management and Multi-Cultural Branding. In addition to their formal education, Raphael obtained a certification in DesignThinkers Bootcamp from DesignThinkers Academy in November 2019.
