Kevin Rusch started their work experience as a Werkstudent at Berenberg in March 2017, where they worked until October 2017. Kevin then joined Contact & Cooperation Lüneburg e.V. in October 2014 as a Studenticher Unternehmensberater and stayed until September 2018. In January 2019, Kevin joined Otto Group as an Intern Knowledge Management until May 2019. From August 2019 to February 2021, they worked as a Working Student Business Analytics at kununu. Kevin then moved up to the role of Junior Business Analyst at kununu from March 2021 to March 2022. Currently, Kevin is working as a Business Analyst at kununu starting from March 2022.

Kevin Rusch completed their Master's degree in Science-Technology-Society at the University of Vienna from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Leuphana University of Lüneburg, which they attended from 2013 to 2017. In 2016, Kevin participated in an exchange semester at Shanghai Normal University, where they focused on China and economics.
