Annelie Fredsberg has extensive work experience in various roles within the IT field. Annelie is currently the Global CIO at Kunskapsskolan Education Sweden AB since January 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of IT Department at Kunskapsskolan from September 2014. Annelie also served as a Partner, Consult- and HR Manager, and ITSM Consultant at Olingo Consulting AB from April 2008 to September 2014. Before that, they were a Management Consultant at BiTA Service Management from November 2006 to April 2008, where they contributed to ITIL processes and ISO 20000 implementation projects. Annelie also gained experience as a Service Level Manager and Internal QA at AB Nynas Petroleum from March 2004 to November 2006, focusing on establishing ITIL processes and ISO 9000 compliance. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Key Account Manager at Elan IT, responsible for department establishment and managing consultants, and as a Team Manager in IT Operations for Application Management at TeliaSonera.

Annelie Fredsberg attended IHM Business School from 2012 to 2013, where they studied Business Management. Prior to that, they attended the Stockholm Institute of Education from 1991 to 1993.
