Stephen Straus is the Co-Founder and CEO of KUNGFU.AI, where organizational change is supported in the context of artificial intelligence. In addition, Stephen is a Co-Founder of mbue and serves on the Fast Company Executive Board, contributing insights on the business applications of AI. As the Co-Founder and Board Chair of Impact Dyslexia, Stephen focuses on addressing dyslexia challenges through innovative solutions. The Startup Diversity and Inclusion Pledge, founded by Stephen, offers strategies for enhancing diversity and inclusion within startups. Stephen also holds roles as a Partner and Mentor at Capital Factory and is a member of the Engineering Advisory Board at UT Austin. Previous positions include involvement with the board of directors at Correlated Magnetics Research and the Sustainable Food Center. Stephen holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Political Science from Colgate University.
