Abhishek Meena currently serves as the Captain and a player on the Hockey Team for the Games and Sports Council at IIT BHU since July 2019, where notable achievements include multiple gold medals at Spardha events and the Major Dhyan Chand Tournament, along with a silver medal at the 55th Inter IIT Sports Meet in 2022. In addition to athletic leadership, Abhishek occupies roles as a Senior Hospitality Advisor at Kashiyatra and a Senior Marketing Advisor at Spardha, while also having served as the Marketing Head during Spardha’21. Past experiences include teaching at Kunduz, an internship with Siemens, convening for Hostel Affairs at the Students Parliament, and serving as Hostel Secretary at Rajputana Hostel. Abhishek's education at the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) is ongoing, with an expected graduation year of 2024.
