Lauren Dillon has extensive experience in educational development and management, currently holding the position of Group Leader Field Development at Kumon Australia & New Zealand since October 2005, along with serving as State Manager for Victoria, South Australia, Northern Territory, and Tasmania, and as a Field Development Consultant. Prior to this, Lauren was an Assistant Language Teacher with the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program(me) from July 2003 to June 2005. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne, specializing in Japanese and Psychology, completed between 2000 and 2003.
