Imran Shaikh started their work experience in 2008 as a Junior Engineer at Kumar Builders. Imran then worked at Ved Construction as a Site Engineer in 2009 and at ML Agrawal Govt as a Site Engineer, where they supervised and executed civil work. In 2010, they worked at CBRE as a Civil Engineer, followed by a role at CB Richards Ellis South Asia Pvt Ltd as a Jr Engineer in the Project Management Department, where they were responsible for coordinating with architects and consultants, supervising work, and preparing reports. Imran returned to Kumar Builders in 2011 as a Project Engineer.

Imran Shaikh completed their education at various institutions. Imran pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Civil Engineering from MIT College of Management, Pune, from the year 2007 to 2009. Imran also obtained a Post Graduate (PG) degree in Project Construction & Infrastructure Management from Maharashtra Institute of Technology in 2007-2008. Prior to this, they attended North Maharashtra University, where they completed their Bachelor's degree (BE Civil) in Construction from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they have a diploma in Civil Engineering (D.C.E) from D.N. Patel College Of Engineering in Shahada, Jalgaon.
