Daniel Hails is an accomplished technology entrepreneur and engineer, currently serving as Co-Founder and Research Lead at Kular since April 2023, where innovative projects include automating complex searches and advancing reinforcement learning. Previously, Daniel worked as a Software Engineer at Netcraft, enhancing the Web Shell service and transitioning to Team Lead. Daniel's early experience includes significant roles in the European Youth Parliament, contributing to international discussions on gender equality, and research assistance at Imperial College London, focusing on smart contract robustness. Founding CybaBrain, a company leveraging early entrepreneurial spirit, laid a foundation for Daniel’s technical and business acumen. Daniel holds a Master's degree in Engineering from Imperial College London and participated in the Imperial-MIT Exchange Programme, building a strong educational background in computing and engineering.
