Amit Matta has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to risk management, portfolio analytics, and strategic advisory. Amit is currently the Head of Risk Management/Portfolio Analytics at KULA Investments since December 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Strategic Advisor at Glycon & Tumorend starting in January 2012. From March 2008 to December 2020, Amit served as the Managing Director at Sherbrooke Exeter, where they provided strategic risk advisement to hedge funds, banks, insurance companies, and industry oversight bodies. Amit also co-founded and served as a Member of the Board of Directors at RePipe, Inc. from 2008 to September 2020, a leading provider of trenchless pipe replacement services.

Amit has held significant positions in other notable organizations as well. Amit was the Managing Director at Nikko Asset Management from September 2006 to March 2008, where they were responsible for risk management, product development, and strategic initiatives. Prior to that, they served as the Director and Head of Risk Management FoHF Group at Societe Generale from September 2003 to September 2006. Amit has also worked in various roles at Kamakura Corporation, Dresdner Bank, JP Morgan, and A.T. Kearney during their early career.

Amit Matta obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Math & Economics (Double Major) from Yale University in 1992. Later on, they pursued further studies at New York University and earned a Master of Science degree in Math in 2019.
