Jeff Short is an experienced wildlife biologist with a significant background in both state and private sectors. Currently serving as a Wildlife Biologist at the Wyoming Game & Fish Department since November 2007, Jeff Short has also contributed to the outdoor industry through roles in pro program administration, product development, and sales representation at KUIU since January 2011 and Sitka Mountain Gear from March 2006 to January 2010. Prior experience includes working as a Wildlife Biologist at Idaho Fish and Game from February 2001 to October 2007 and as a Wildlife Technician at the Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife, and Parks from March 1993 to February 2001. Jeff Short holds a Master’s degree in Wildlife Management and Range Science, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Wildlife, Fish and Wildlands Science and Management, both from Montana State University-Bozeman.
