Adelheid (Heidi) Kuehnle has a diverse and extensive work experience. Adelheid (Heidi) started their career in 1998 as the President of Kuehnle AgroSystems Co. LLC, where they served until 2007. In 2008, they founded their own company, Kuehnle AgroSystems, Inc., and held various roles including President & Chief Executive Officer until July 2021. Adelheid (Heidi) also served as a Board Member for Kuehnle AgroSystems, Inc. In addition, they worked as a Professor at the University of Hawaii at Manoa from 1988 to 2009.

Adelheid (Heidi) Kuehnle holds a Ph.D. in Plant Breeding from Cornell University. Prior to that, they completed their BA degree at Middlebury College. No specific start or end years were provided for either of their educational experiences.
