Tanya Tichias (nee Mohamoodally) is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of People at Kuehne+Nagel. Previously, Tanya held several key positions at British Airways, including Head of People Strategy, Talent and Organisation Development, and Head of Organisation Design & Development. Tanya's expertise extends to roles at Boehringer Ingelheim and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, where Tanya focused on business excellence and human resources. Additionally, Tanya served as the Human Resources Manager for Europe at Targus. Tanya holds a Practitioners Programme in Organisational Development from Roffey Park and a Post Graduate degree in Personnel Management from the University of the West of England.
