Luca Benedetti has extensive work experience in the field of computer vision engineering. Luca is currently employed at Kudan as a Staff Computer Vision Engineer since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Kudan in various roles including Senior Computer Vision Engineer from February 2018 to July 2022, and as a Computer Vision Engineer from March 2017 to February 2018.

Before joining Kudan, Luca worked as a Researcher at the University of Bath from March 2014 to March 2017. Prior to that, they served as a Research Fellow at ISTI-CNR from June 2009 to February 2014. Luca also gained experience as a PHD Student at the University of Pisa from January 2010 to December 2013.

In addition to their academic and research roles, Luca has also worked as a Software Developer Consultant at Dvelopers in April 2013 and as a Research Intern at Adobe from October 2012 to January 2013.

Luca Benedetti's education history begins in 2002 when they enrolled in Università di Pisa to pursue their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Luca successfully completed the program in 2007. Following this, from 2007 to 2009, Luca continued their studies at Università di Pisa, this time undertaking a Master's degree in Computer Science. In 2013, they successfully completed their education journey at the same institution by obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science.
