Luqmon Adediran is a seasoned professional in customer service and management with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Contact Center Agent at Kuda since September 2022, Luqmon is responsible for maintaining customer databases, training new customer service personnel, resolving complex issues, and developing customer support strategies.
